By adding DoBot™ to your Discord server, using its commands, or accessing the web dashboard at dobot.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and stop using the service.
These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and anyone who interacts with DoBot in any capacity.
DoBot is a multi-purpose Discord bot offering moderation, logging, economy, leveling, auto-moderation, ticketing, and other community management features. The service is provided "as is" and features may change at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DoBot, consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using DoBot you confirm that you meet this requirement. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their server complies with applicable age restrictions.
You agree to use DoBot only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree not to:
Access to the web dashboard requires authentication via Discord OAuth2. You must have the "Manage Server" permission in a Discord server to configure DoBot for that server. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We strive to keep DoBot online and available at all times, but we make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. The bot may be offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from DoBot at any time without prior notice. We may also change these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of DoBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to DoBot for any server or user that violates these Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service, or that we deem to be acting in bad faith. You may stop using DoBot at any time by removing it from your server.
DoBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoBot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which, since DoBot is free, is zero).
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, or to report a violation, please join our Discord support server and open a support ticket.
